The Yoga Institute  is  the oldest organized Yoga center in the world. In 1918, Shri Yogendra ji laid the foundation of our 100-year legacy which drives us forward to this day. The Yoga Institute has incorporated the essence of classical and traditional yoga systems like Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Laya Yoga etc., so that people can comprehensively derive the benefits from all these systems rather than a single system. Our beloved and esteemed Director, Dr. Hansaji Yogendra, spearheads the efforts of the Institute in her unique and powerful way. Hansama has touched the lives of millions through her graceful and simple teachings.

We run Teacher Training Courses, Health & Wellness Camps, Counseling, Corporate Workshops and much more. Around 5000 students enroll every month for our courses under online integration in this digital world.

We have enabled Yoga at COVID centers, at BMC schools, at orphanages, for government officials, Khetasana for farmers, Truckasana for truck drivers, Yoga for the police, oppressed women, juveniles and the specially-abled. We held the Good Food Fest and the Harmony Fest, that are thoughtful and   initiatives for spreading awareness about the benefits of Satvik food.
